Returns & Refunds Policy

At JulieBird Art, each piece is created with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Because all of my work is original and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

Please double-check your order before purchasing, as I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a serious issue with the item upon delivery.

Damaged or Problem With Your Order

If there’s an issue with your order, email me at juliebirdart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include photos and a description of the problem so we can figure out the best next step.

If you purchased shipping insurance, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier or insurance provider. It’s the customer’s responsibility to insure their order at the time of purchase or shipment if they want that extra protection. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave my hands.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are delicate and unique. If your piece arrives damaged and you insured it, the claim must be handled through the shipping insurance provider. If you did not purchase insurance, I unfortunately cannot replace or refund the piece.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom work, commissioned pieces, or any items made specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded.
